Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actor. She has a number of soap opera characters, such as Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. In addition, she played the recurring role as Daphne during the second season of HBO drama series True Blood. Ashley Jones graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor in Human Learning K-8 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. The first year of her teaching career was within Maury County teaching Reading to Kindergarten and 1st grade. Following her wedding to her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she moved from Thompsons Station to Thompsons Station. In the Thompsons Station, she started teaching fourth class in Bethesda Elementary. The years 1999 and 2000 saw her taught while getting her masters in instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped away from the classroom when they welcomed their oldest son Baylor into the world in 2000. Ashley has spent the last fifteen years focused on the development of the kids in her local congregation and in the community, while also serving in various roles. Ashley is an active leader and leader of Thompson Station Church's Preschool Ministry and also the Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church. Ashley spent three years at home homeschooling her kids. In their time of homeschooling, the children took part in a home school tutoring session during which Ashley as well taught History up to the 1st Grade. While she enjoyed homeschooling and being with her children God demonstrated to their family the need to go back to school full time. Brent as well as Ashley have five children.
